We are a group of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion serving the Sick and Homebound in the Parish.

As Sacramental Ministers we are bringing Jesus’ love, forgiveness and healing to those separated from the Community.

We represent the Parish Community and bring their support and concern as well.  As it seems most appropriate we try to go directly after weekday or Sunday Mass to bring the Eucharist to those in need.

We are committed to prayer and nurturing our relationship with God.
