Parish Finance Commission Our parish Finance Commission is really the only parish organization that is mandated by canon law. It exists to advise the Pastor and/or Administrator and to report regularly to the Pastoral Council. The Finance Commission meets monthly from September through June, and as otherwise necessary to oversee the parish finances responsibly. Typically the Finance Commission will review the Total Operational Summary, which is a long line-item breakdown of expenses and revenue, as well as the one-page monthly summary, which gives a overall "snapshot" of our parish finances, and a monthly balance sheet. The Commission may ask for other information that it deems necessary to fulfill its oversight capacity. Current Finance Chairman is Mike Poth, assisted by Margaret Ernest, Leon de Turenne, Nick DiMartino, Bob Hilton and staffed by Pastoral Administrator Denny Duffell and Pastoral Assistant for Administration Micki-Jo Palmer.
