Confirmation Preparation for 2011 will begin in the fall. Date of Confirmation will be Sunday, December 4th, 2011 at the 10:30am Mass.

Confirmandi: Candidates must be a junior/senior in high school or older. Candidates must be actively practicing their faith by attending weekend Eucharist at St. Bridget regularly, and participating in the youth ministry programs of the parish.
Confirmation is a commitment of time and energy on the part of the confirmation candidate and their sponsor. In addition to scheduled sessions, there will be a service project as well as an overnight retreat. This year's retreat will take place on Saturday and Sunday, November 19th & 20th 2011. The program is an exploration of the candidates belief systems that should lead to a reaffirmation of the candidates Catholic Christian Commitment.
Description: Confirmandi must prepare for confirmation through a series of gatherings where they can explore Christianity and the meaning of the promises they will make.
How can I get involved: Each confirmandi needs a sponsor. The roll of the sponsor is to be present in the candidates life. Answer questions that they might have and explore with them through there own experience what it means to be a Catholic Christian.
Chaperones and drivers are needed for the various community and faith building activities that the confirmandi attend.
